I joined Alanis Morissette and several others for a 5 hour game night over the holidays.
What an fun evening! Alanis enjoyed playing Cluzzle so much that we

Why are these objects personal to Alanis?
Here is what she said:
"I wanted to be a teacher when I was in the first grade and used to play on chalkboards teaching imaginary kids in the laundry room in my house. I started playing piano and writing poems and dancing around the time that I was 6. I released a record called “fate stay with me” when I was ten years old on a label that a friend of mine and I started. In LA, I realized that the most fulfilling way for me to write was autobiographically. I love to travel around the planet and immerse myself in different cultures. It's amazing that I can get on an airplane and end up in another distant part of Earth in the same day. Touring and exploring cities at the same time is a dream come true for me. After having seen that music is such a universal language that can connect all countries and beings I am even more humbled by the opportunity to create more songs. I love understanding the human condition and I read books non-stop about ways to reconnect with the joy that is my birthright in times that I forget. I feel blessed to have the life that I have, and am excited to continue evolving along, and defining myself through as many forms of expression as I can. My favorite place to be is next to the Pacific Ocean."
