Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Sales of games and parts from our website are restricted to the United States at this time.
Q. Do you have international customer support?
A. We have regional support for Australia and New Zealand. If you live in this region, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for customer support.
Q. I don’t see my order/shipping confirmation.
A. Try checking your spam folder if you don’t see the email(s) in your inbox. If you still can’t find it, don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
Q. Can I cancel/change my order?
A. Because orders are processed as quickly as possible, it is not always possible to cancel or modify them. If you want to change or cancel an order, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your name and order number.
Q. Why is there only one shipping option?
A. If the total weight of your order is over 1 pound, you will only see the option for Priority mail. This is because USPS requires all packages weighing over a pound to be shipped via Priority.
Q. Will I get it in 2 days if I pick Priority mail?
A. While your mail will generally get there within 2-3 days, it is NOT guaranteed.
Q. Why is shipping so expensive?
A. Unfortunately, the rates you see are the rates USPS charges us for shipping.
Q. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
A. Orders will generally ship within 5 business days after they are placed. In certain situations, that time may be less. If you need a package by a specific time, feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com. While we make no guarantees, we’ll try our best to accommodate you.
Q. Will I receive a tracking number?
A. Yes, we'll email you the tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note, however, it might take a day for USPS to update the tracking information. Also, International shipping generally will not be updated by the USPS once the package leaves the United States.
Q. How long will it take for me to get my package?
A. Usually, it takes between 2-4 days for First Class mail. Priority mail takes between 1-3 days. These delivery times are NOT guaranteed, however. Holidays may also delay your package. International orders may take up to 4 weeks. If you need a package by a specific time, feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. While we make no guarantees, we’ll try our best to accommodate you.
Q. I think my package is lost! What do I do?
A. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it, please do the following before contacting us:
- Check your mailbox
- Verify the shipping address
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package
- See if someone else accepted the delivery
- Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Unopened products in original condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date it was delivered. Once we receive the returned item, you will be refunded for the full amount of your order, minus any shipping charges paid. We only accept returns of products purchased directly from us.
To initiate a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.. Be sure to include your name, order number, and the reason for your return. Your return will not be accepted unless you reach out to us first.
